Right toes directly below right hips.
2 Place right foot flat on floor.
Shift body weight onto right foot.
3 Point left foot to floor.
(similar to step 1)
4 Place left foot flat on floor.
Shift body weight onto left foot.
5 Step back with right foot and
place right foot about 10 cm
behind left foot.
Shift body weight on the right foot.
Both feet flat on floor.
6 Both feet remain in place.
Shift body weight onto left foot.
Right heel may lift off slightly.
