Po ovinkih birminghamske post punk scene v poznih 70-ih in zgodnjih 80-ih nas bo popeljal eden najbolj znanih techno industrialcev, domačin, bivši British Murder Boy, mož stoterih obrazov in napornih psevdonimov, Karl O'Connor oz. Regis. Miks Build On Sand je bil sprva mišljen kot cd na Regisovi založbi Downwards, postopek izdaje pa je Regis krepko skrajšal s spremembo miksa v podcast za stran Fact Magazine.
