Mikka in person
Technology fascinated me since forever.
I got my diploma in physics and I was working in a small firm Ensico d.o.o. as a programer.
I was mostly gathering programming experience in real-time
systems on WinNT and Warp. Now I am working at ZAG Ljubljana. Soon I'll be serving as
a civil servant.
I like working with Linux, computer graphics, electronic
and computer music and am preparing to get back to school to study
computer or electonic music, if the oportunity arises.
After five years of more or less regular work on Radio Student I am
transforming form playlist editor to radio "computer journalist". I
never thought I would ever be a journalist.
By the way I am one of the initiators and founders and the ex-vice
president of The Linux User Group of Slovenia LUGOS and it took a great deal of my
time. I am still an active member of the group.
If I manage to find time I like to attend cultural events and I am
not picky about which cultural field the event belongs to.
I hope we cope to maintain the quality of our show on the level that
this mental institution deserves.
After Saturday's
events, Mikka is again president of our Linux
user group. Congrats!
